At [UNICA] BARCELONA TOURS we are doing everything we can during this time to give our clients more flexibility when they book a tour with us by adjusting our cancellation policies. For reservations up to December 2020, no penalty at all for any cancellation within 24 hrs prior the beginning of the tour.
We know how difficult it is to do projects or plan holidays at the moment and we know how frustating is the disappointment of the clients who have had to cancel their vacations or change travel plans. This pandemic is not just forcing us to adjust our travel plans, but dramatically influencing the way we live. From now on we will have to adapt and modify our habits and our way of traveling.
